Kelly Criterion
Definisi
The Kelly Criterion is a mathematical formula used to determine the optimal position size that maximizes long-term capital growth. It calculates the ideal percentage of capital to risk based on win rate and average win/loss ratio. While theoretically optimal, most traders use a fractional Kelly (e.g., half Kelly) to reduce volatility and the risk of large drawdowns.
